ART WORKSHOPS! I'm teaching art workshops again at some really cool art centers in Western Kentucky. I'll be sharing those dates when they become available.
I teach yoga and POUND at Trilogy Performance Sports in Princeton, KY and yoga at the Lyon County Senior Center in Eddyville, KY and the Caldwell County Senior Center in Princeton. You can also often join me for POUND at A Centered Space in Gilbertsville, KY. I also lead weekly yoga classes at a local women's prison.
