I always have some extra-curricular projects in the works. The most common question friends ask me is "What are you working on now?" My answer varies day by day and usually surprises even those who know me well.
I've recently acquired kaleidoscope making supplies, a couple of kilns, and glass bead making supplies. I plan to explore several styles of kaleidoscopes and make enough to have a solo exhibit displaying them, along with large photos of the view inside many of them.
I love to sew, and am trying to use up my abundance of fabric. I have several quilt tops finished along with several baby quilts for the new grandbabies. I'm also working on updating my Native Regalia - ribbon skirts and shawls.
I am also researching and planning a new enameled jewelry line, using the Cherokee Language and also looking into creating a book with my Cherokee Language paintings.
